ResusLogic is a free, browser-based resuscitation simulator designed to help EMS and healthcare professionals practice cardiac rhythm recognition and high-stakes patient management. Users can work through respiratory, bradycardia, tachycardia, and cardiac arrest scenarios—or build a custom patient—while interacting with a realistic patient monitor. The platform allows learners to assess vital signs, verify pulses, manage airways and oxygen delivery, administer medications, perform CPR, defibrillate, synchronize cardioversion, and initiate transcutaneous pacing. A dedicated rhythm-study mode also provides practice identifying 15 common ECG rhythms. With its interactive format and no-cost access, ResusLogic offers educators and clinicians a convenient tool for individual practice, classroom demonstrations, and resuscitation scenario development. The project is supported through voluntary user donations.
